Would combining expressions fortify them?

I had the greatest idea waking up. Why don’t we have Reminisce Nights? We get together and reminisce about perfect summers. Little newspaper kiosks that sold the sweetest candy ever. Lighting fireworks behind the local football field.

It’s compulsory to get real nostalgic: at our evenings the current pales in comparison to the past. We’ll get light-headed on thoughts of unreachable past events. It will be great. Subscribe now.

I switched from the Safari browser to Firefox, so I could use plugins. There’s a wealth of plugins out there that tie Firefox with every network out there, from del.icio.us to FlickR. The web is evolving and a browser that eases integration I can applaud.

I’m having a few issues with Firefox on the Mac though…

• Crashes at least twice a day
• had lousy RSS management (haven’t found a plugin better than Sage)
• Does not recognize text editing shortcuts from Mac (alt-arrow, alt-shift-arrow,…)
• Take quite a while to boot
• Has buggy “smooth scrolling” with many errors (Quicktime embed)
• Has an empty history menu when no tabs are open (but a full history panel)
• Does not tie in with OSX keychains (where my 300 passwords are stored)

On the plus, there’s plugins for del.icio.us and many more and all menubars can be hidden for maximaized browsing.

Perhaps Firefox 3 (whenever it comes out) will fix at least a few of these?

How Cool is my office? We pool over lunch, how cool is that? I keep losing, but that’s besides the point. We don’t even have chairs. I’m so proud.

My provider sends out an HTML newsletter. It puts the subjects of the topics in the subject of the email. Today, I could only presume there’s a connection between the items:

“You may be a winner – more divorses in january – dog turns up drunk at doctor”

Happy Newyear! It was a while back anyway. I’ve been working on this sites update and my slideset “The evolution of Interfaces and interface design”, busy busy busy. Furthermore, I’ve been quite social. I’m plazed, Linked in, last FMd, creatvely skilled, syndicated, flickRd, youTubed, Google Mapped, Google Earthed, facebooked, delicious, Googly docced, which will be the bottom line of my new site. Literally, I’m writing and linking it at the bottom If anything, 2008 will be the year I renounce or embrace social networks and sharing. What a thrill… the thought of deleting all those accounts… or integrating them? The future’s bright.
